Who are we?

A Work In Progress is the first ministry project by Christian Walk Alive, Inc. CWA was started in the summer of 2000, as an organization to produce quality Christian media: media that entertains, and at the same time teaches the truths of the Bible and spreads the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our goal is to create a radio drama that is both entertaining and edifying. We want it to portray the lives of Christians in a real way and deal with issues that Christians really face. But we want it to be more than just a drama. Our main goal is to show how, with Jesus, we can overcome everyday — and sometimes, not-so-everyday — problems.

Why we are different

In Christian entertainment, you currently have only a few options. Christian radio provides dramas for kids, Christian music, and Christian teaching and preaching, but not much in the way of dramas and stories for adults. So it is our goal to produce A Work In Progress as an ongoing drama geared more toward young adults. So with that in mind, not every episode of A Work In Progress is suitable for all ages. We strongly encourage you not to let young children listen, as we often tend to deal with serious issues. Please use your own discretion when letting older children listen.
